Angeliki embraced an ultimate change in her life, resulting in her embarking on a journey towards a more peaceful and creative environment. In the Netherlands she discovered the perfect place to dedicate herself to Yoga and further develop her practice. She loves to both practice and teach, following the traditional method of Ashtanga yoga. She feels complete when she helps people by transmitting her Yoga experience.

Angeliki is an Ashtanga Yoga student and teacher. Her first interaction with Yoga happened in 2012 and after an intensive 200-hour course she started to teach Hatha Yoga. She was initiated into Ashtanga Yoga by Eleftheria Lagoudaki in 2014, during her stay in Athens, Greece. Angeliki continued to apprentice next to Eleftheria, who is authorized (L1) by KPJAYI, following the lineage of Guruji Shri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson R. Sharath Jois. Since March 2018, she has been assisting Nick Evans, who is authorized (L2) by KPJAYI, in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.

Seeking to dive deeper in the ocean of Yoga knowledge and ride the learning curve of Ashtanga philosophy, Angeliki travelled to Mysore, India and studied to KPJAYI with Sharatji in June 2018. Next to her daily practice, Angeliki’s top priority is to continue to visit every year the birthplace of this traditional yoga method and keep being connected with the source.

Her interest and willingness for further pursuance of Yoga secrets and other healing methods led her to participate in seminars given by acknowledged Yoga instructors, such as Eddie Stern, David Swenson, Tim Miller, Radha & Pierre and many others. Believing in the importance of Reiki and after successful completion of the Second Degree of the Usui System of Natural Healing in Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho, she enhanced her healing skills, as the strength of natural touch is transferred through her palms.
